Leisha Lister

Leisha is an international law and justice development consultant working in the Asia-Pacific region on improving access to justice for women, children people and people living with disability. Leisha previously spent 17 years with the Family Court of Australia where she managed and coordinated the development of policy, research and significant projects focussed on improved access to justice. Leisha managed the Court’s international programmes and has worked with the judiciary and civil society in Indonesia, Fiji, Vanuatu, PNG, Palau, Solomon Islands, Cambodia, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. Leisha has previously worked in the areas of community development; HIV/AIDS education and prevention; child protection; and ending violence against women and children. Leisha holds post graduate qualifications in law, business and behavioural science.
